For immediate employment, we are looking for a Design Manager who will support our Marketing Team, in leading the creative vision for all projects at PM-International.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Design
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in managing a design team
  • Strong experience in dealing with Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Strong sense of design and presentation
  • Good knowledge about UI & UX trends
  • You are a committed, assertive, accurate and you have a great capability to cope under pressure
  • You are willing to go on occasional trips abroad
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken); any other languages are of an advantage

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, act as the creative voice on a marketing team that is aspiring to be “creatively analytic” to deliver creative options that help meet business goals
  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Work collectively across all functions to convey the value of design and brand within a business context
  • Direct and motivate teams of graphic designers to help them use their talents effectively
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Create design concepts for events, products and business tools
  • Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
  • Remain current and communicate industry trends and best practices and emerging technologies
  • Stay current with necessary programs, software and processes
  • Be heavily involved in recruiting, retaining and developing talent
