We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team based in Bertrange, Luxembourg. In this role you will be responsible for collating and publishing all website content for the Dorma Home websites and marketing channels – including managing translations for the non-English speaking sites.

What will you do?

  • Manage all content across all the Dorma Home websites – this includes creating and owning the content calendar and strategy.
  • Ensuring that all content published online is in-line with the Dorma brand guidelines and overall tone of voice.
  • Work closely with the rest of the in-store team to make sure the content on the sites is consistent with products that are in-store
  • Organise & collate translations for the non-English markets for all content
  • Be responsible for sourcing new product content from manufacturers as well as writing new product content whilst also collating and regenerating existing content
  • Play a key role in the SEO strategy driving relevant keywords through the content strategy working with our Marketing team.
  • Manage and maintain our image library
  • Form relationships with manufacturers to acquire relevant content from them i.e., product information, images etc.
  • Be responsible for the user journey through the website where it relates to content – extending time spent on the site and encouraging return visits, conversion and interaction
  • In charge of the digital watch about the furniture sector and competitors, customers behavior and website traffic
  • Manage the organic social media channels and create regular updates
  • Working closely with the digital marketing team on content for emails, new digital campaigns and in future the crm/loyalty program

What skills and qualifications will I need?

  • Solid understanding of all digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast pace, entrepreneurial and rapid-growth environment
  • You have a mix of creative and analytical skills – able to develop new innovative marketing activities with strong quantitative analytical skills to review and act on the results
  • You have excellent written and oral English and French skills. German or other language excellence is highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a nice to have
