Project Manager Marketing & Products

Your tasks
- You prepare and lead go-to-market projects and initiatives/concepts/products for B2C and small B2B segments
- You develop and keep ownership over specific products and services’ management activities
- You define and prepare “go-to-market” strategies and respective marketing campaigns for new product launch on existing and new digital channels
- You propose product value proposition and manage product portfolio on public channels
- You identify business opportunities and propose action plan accordingly
- You actively suggest improvement on Product development approach
- You manage several projects, initiatives, and products throughout their whole lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on digital ecosystem
- You ensure close collaboration among project teams, manage, and develop team members when applicable
- You define and conduct change management activities as needed and based on own projects, initiatives, concepts, and products
- You closely monitor marketing campaign performance and deliver regular reports (KPIs)
- You act as the point of contact for change management activities regarding own projects, initiatives, concepts and products
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in marketing, communication or business administration
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- You love to tackle new challenges and manage changes
- You are focused on customer needs and result-driven
- You show creativity, engagement, and eager to learn
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German will be considered a plus.

Digital Marketing Specialist

- You participate to the definition and execute the Digital Marketing Strategy into daily business and processes
- You actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of the digital marketing ecosystems and platforms
- You track, monitor and delivers KPI dashboards and identify improvement opportunities for the digital marketing platforms
- You create and conduct customer analytics and reporting to identify and understand the behaviour of target audiences, and generate actionable intelligent data to enable objective decision-making
- You support the creation of content and optimize technical SEO
- You take part in digitalisation projects and closely collaborate with IT and Digital/Innovation teams
- You launch and contribute to Digital Marketing initiatives aiming and improving the customer and employee experience in close collaboration with other departments

Your profile

UI/UX Designer

Your tasks
- You organize and structure web and application content effectively, based on accurate understanding of the target audience/user personas
- You use design tools to generate low-fidelity wireframes, collaborate with the team to validate design concepts and construct interactive prototypes with high fidelity
- You create visual elements of web and mobile applications, including colour schemes, typography, icons, and graphical assets
- You create user-centred design solutions to accommodate various screen sizes and resolutions, optimizing the user experience for a range of devices, including iOS and Android platforms
- You actively participate in scrum ceremonies, such as sprint Planning, daily Stand-up, and sprint review, to ensure alignment with the development team
- You create intuitive and engaging user interactions within the applications, define how users navigate, interact with content, and perform actions
- You test the product for ease of use, functionality, and intuitiveness and you conduct usability testing sessions to collect feedback from users
- You identify and address any pain points or issues and coordinate with development teams to integrate design improvements
- You regularly report on current/on-going development projects to hierarchy and stakeholders
- You maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in design, marketing or equivalent
- You have minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position
- You have passed the Google UX training
- You are familiar with different IT tools
- You are focused on customer needs and result-driven
- You show creativity, collaboration, and eager to learn
