Ferrero recrute un(e) Junior Digital Marketing Manager Nutella au Luxembourg

Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters is looking for a talented Junior Digital Marketing Manager Nutella to join the Digital team within the HQ Digital Marketing excellence department, reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Manager Nutella.   

Thanks to this exciting opportunity you will support your manager with the website, social media, key digital campaigns, and e-commerce strategy under the iconic Nutella brand across all our geographies.  

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will contribute to the Global Digital Strategy development and implementation for Nutella.   

Your main tasks will include developing and managing digital projects (including Website updates, seasonal activities digital activation, social editorial plans, community management, e-commerce content etc.) driving the fans’ engagement and advocacy inside the brand website and global/local social pages.   

Additionally, you will support the governance of the digital projects collaborating with key internal stakeholders, such as IT, legal, Cybersecurity, external digital agencies and local marketing teams. You will also track and analyze the performance of the brand digital activities with existing tools (Google analytics, Social Bakers, Talkwalker, etc.) to optimize projects performance. 

Lastly, you will analyze market and digital trends and inspiring competitor best practices to deliver actionable recommendations to stimulate the Digital Strategy. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field, combined with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing where you have contributed to digital marketing campaign management, ideally within FMCG companies or digital consultancies. 

Your passion for Marketing and Communication, the digital world and social community trends will prove valuable, as will your knowledge of website and social development principles, ad platforms (Google Adwords, Meta Ads, etc.) and digital tracking tools (Google Analytics, Social bakers). 

You will contribute with your analytical mindset and excellent numerical skills. 

On top of this, you are proactive, eager to learn, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. You will succeed in this role thanks to your ability to forge positive relationships internally and externally and to work cross functionally within complex systems.
