Summary of Duties:

The Marketing Coordinator for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) is accountable for aiding and organizing the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at promoting products, services, or initiatives. Their responsibilities encompass assisting in different facets of marketing endeavors, including traditional and digital activities.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, his/her essential Duties and Responsibilities are:

  • Team Coordination: Become an integral part of the Dynabrade marketing team in Europe by assuming the position of team coordinator, tasked with ensuring the effective implementation of the marketing strategy.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborating with marketing team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Content Creation: Assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and making recommendations for improvement based on insights gained.
  • Event Support:
    • Providing logistical support for marketing events, including coordination of event logistics, booth setup, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.
    • Coordinating the organization of the internal Sales Meeting
  • Social Media Management: Coordinating social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases and CRM.
  • Communications: Assisting with internal and external communications, including drafting press releases, newsletters, and other marketing communications materials.
  • Brand Management: Supporting brand development initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Liaising with external vendors and agencies for marketing services such as printing, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenses to ensure marketing activities are within budgetary constraints.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Extensive background in marketing/communications, with over 5 years of experience, ideally within an agency setting, encompassing full coordination of marketing activities.
  • Autonomy, ability to manage, plan and coordinate teams and projects.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Thrives in fast-paced quantitative operation, works well with a team, and has a strong intellectual curiosity, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and a constant desire to achieve.
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, including in Inbound Marketing
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital platforms alongside expertise in overseeing digital campaigns, including social media management, marketing automation, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Ability to understand, use and manage one’s own emotions in a positive way to contribute to maintaining a positive and constructive working environment
  • Problem solving attitude for targeting the source of a problem and find an effective solution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/ presentation skills in English. Other languages are an asset.
