TIJO Studio recrute un(e) Motion Designer et un(e) Project Manager en CDD au Luxembourg

Nous, c’est TIJO Studio, un studio de motion design & VFX basé à Differdange, dans le hub créatif 1535° – une ancienne usine industrielle reconvertie en QG artistique. On crée des pubs captivantes et de la magie pour le cinéma depuis plus de 6 ans, et on est prêts à faire grandir l’équipe.

Tu seras notre premier·e vrai·e renfort en interne: tu vas participer à la structuration, à la croissance, et à l’âme du studio.

Motion Designer
CDD – Temps plein

On recrute un·e Motion Designer de folie pour rejoindre notre équipe créative.
Si tu vis pour l’animation et que tes fichiers After Effects sont plus propres que ta cuisine: cette offre est pour toi.

Ta mission

  • Donner vie à des histoires en motion design 2D (et 3D si tu veux être sophistiqué·e)
  • Monter, animer et sortir une composition finale ultra soignée
  • Animer et préparer des storyboards (si tu sais dessiner, c’est carrément un plus)
  • Participer à toutes les étapes de production — du concept au rendu final

Ton profil

  • Maîtrise totale d’After Effects et du motion 2D
  • À l’aise avec le montage vidéo et l’étalonnage
  • La suite Adobe n’a pas de secrets pour toi: Ae, Ai, Pr, Ps
  • La 3D, c’est un gros plus (Blender, C4D…)
  • VFX et compositing ? Tu maîtrises ou tu veux apprendre avec nous
  • Le dessin et le storyboard ? Jackpot
  • Bonus skills : animation traditionnelle, Figma, Tektonik
  • Langues : Tu parles français et anglais, c’est parfait. Tu parles aussi luxembourgeois, allemand ou portugais ? Encore mieux!

Tu travailles avec précision, tu aimes la responsabilité, et tu peux être autonome quand il le faut. Tu prends les deadlines au sérieux, mais tu es toi-même une personne décontractée.

Project Manager
CDD – Temps plein ou partiel

TIJO Studio cherche un·e Project Manager qui déchire, pour canaliser notre créativité.
Tu seras la personne qui transforme nos idées folles en projets bien ficelés – à l’heure, dans le budget, et sans larmes de stress.

Ta mission

  • Gérer plusieurs projets créatifs et équipes de freelances en parallèle
  • Lire les briefs clients comme un·e pro, définir les objectifs, structurer la prod
  • Organiser, coordonner et superviser les projets de A à Z
  • Être le lien entre la créativité et l’efficacité (oui, c’est possible)
  • Automatiser les workflows avec Airtable, Make, Discord (ou les outils que tu kiffes)
  • S’assurer que les clients soient heureux, les projets rentables et l’équipe en forme
  • Gérer les réseaux sociaux (pour nous et pour certains clients)
  • Tenir notre site web à jour avec les derniers projets bien stylés

Ton profil

  • Expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le monde créatif/média
  • Organisé·e, polyvalent·e, orienté·e client
  • Tu gères plusieurs projets sans transpirer (ou presque)
  • Faire des présentations qui claquent c’est ton dada
  • Tu maîtrises META Business Suite et Google Ads
  • Tu comprends les besoins des créatifs et tu t’abstiens du micro-management 
  • L’automatisation, c’est ton kiff: Make, Airtable, bots Discord, etc.
  • Tu es diplomate, sûr·e de toi, et on te fait confiance
  • Langues : Tu parles français et anglais, c’est parfait. Luxembourgeois, allemand ou portugais? encore mieux!

Tu es là pour faire avancer les projets, pas pour faire du babysitting.
Tu veux grandir avec le studio, pas juste remplir des to-do lists.

We’re TIJO Studio, a boutique motion design & VFX studio based in Differdange at 1535°, the creative hub housed in an old industrial factory turned artistic HQ.

Motion Designer
Full-time CDD

We’re hiring a killer Motion Designer to join our creative gang.
If you live and breathe animation, and your After Effects files are cleaner than your kitchen, this one’s for you.

Your Mission

  • Bring stories to life in 2D motion design (and 3D if you’re feeling fancy)
  • Create sleek edits, smart compositions, and polished final videos
  • Animate and prep storyboards (yes, if you can draw, that’s very cool)
  • Get involved in all stages of production — from concept to final render

Your Profile

  • After Effects wizard with solid 2D motion skills
  • Comfortable with editing video and colorgrading
  • Adobe Creative Suite has no secrets for you (Ae, Ai, Pr, Ps)
    3D Motion is a plus (Blender, C4D)
  • You know what VFX and compositing are, and you’re not afraid to use them or learn it with us
  • Drawing and storyboarding? Major win
  • Bonus skills: traditional animation, Figma, magical unicorn dust
  • Languages: You speak French and English, that’s perfect. You also speak Luxembourgish, German or Portuguese? Awesome!

Project Manager

TIJO Studio is looking for a badass Project Manager to keep the creative chaos in check.
You’re the one who makes sure all our wild ideas turn into finished masterpieces — on time, on budget, and with zero stress tears.

Your Mission

  • Manage multiple creative projects and freelance teams in parallel
  • Read client briefs like a pro, define goals, and shape production strategies
  • Organize, structure, and supervise project flows from A to Z
  • Be the bridge between creativity and efficiency (yes, it’s possible)
  • Automate our workflows using Airtable, Make, Discord, or whatever tools help us stay lean and mean
  • Keep clients happy, projects profitable, and the team sane
  • Be the social media butterfly for us and for our clients
  • Keep our website sleek and up-to-date with the latest projects

Your Profile

  • Project management experience, preferably in the creative/media world
  • You’re organized, versatile, and customer-obsessed
  • You can multitask across several projects without dropping the ball
  • Making presentations look bomb is your guilty pleasure
  • You’re comfortable with the META Business Suite and Google ADS
  • You understand what creatives need to thrive, and you don’t micromanage
  • Automation is your jam — Make (Integromat), Airtable, Discord bots… bring it on!
  • You’re diplomatic, decisive, and people trust you
  • You speak French and English, that’s perfect. You also speak Luxembourgish, German or Portuguese? Awesome!
