We’re looking for someone who can manage projects internally like clockwork, challenge a client and still walk out of the room with both the relationships intact.

What you’ll actually do
You’ll own a portfolio of client accounts end to end: from strategic framing to delivery. You’ll be the person clients call when something matters, and the person internally who makes sure it gets done without drama. You’ll spot upselling opportunities before the client does. You’ll push creative and production when they need pushing, and protect them when clients ask for the impossible.
You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep budgets honest, and never let a timeline slip without a plan.
What we need
5+ years in account management, project management, or client consulting. You’ve managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders and survived it. You’re fluent in English and French. You’re fast, organised, and commercially sharp.
More importantly: you have the emotional intelligence to read a room, the strategic confidence to challenge a brief, and the spine to say no when no is the right answer.
What we don’t need
Someone who says yes to everything and calls it client service. Someone who manages processes but avoids decisions. We’re a team, and we fight to remain so.
You’ll know you’re succeeding when
Clients are at ease when you handle them. Projects land on time and on budget. The team works better because you’re in the room. And the agency grows because you made it happen.
